Return Policy
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
- All tags must remain attached.
- The item must be free from makeup, perfume, stains, or any signs of wear.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Please note that items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Siren Sacrum cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, please contact us and we will assist you with the exchange process, depending on product availability.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Items that have been worn or damaged
- Items without original tags
- Items returned outside the return period
